Email and Calendar Integration

It’s easy to let participants know about your meetings. Simply paste your one-click meeting room link into an email, or into a meeting request from your favorite calendar application (such as Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.), or even a text message. And when you schedule a meeting from within your My Conference Manager and send out invitations from there, the email invitations will include a link to automatically add the meeting to the invitee’s calendar.
