Very! After signing up through our website, you'll instantly get an email with your dial-in numbers, PINs, and your personal conference room link. Inform your conference participants of the date and time of your meeting and give them the dial in number and Participant PIN. If you plan to share your screen or use video, also include your personal meeting room link. At the designated time of the meeting, you as the moderator dial in and enter your Moderator PIN, and the participants dial in and enter the Participant PIN.

If you plan to share your screen or use video, login in to My Conference Room from the home page of our website, and instruct participants to click on your personal meeting room link you sent them.
Yes! Log in to My Account from the home page of our website to:

  • View a copy of your invoices and payments
  • Update your credit card information and other account information
  • Change the PINs on your conference account
  • Get a detailed usage report of all the conferences that have taken place on your account
No, we do not require a contract. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time.
Yes. A credit application may be required, as well as a back up credit card, to open an account. Please contact us at 800-834-6971 to set up an account.
Yes! Simply press *9 during the call and the recording will be started. After your call is finished, you can choose to download your recording or listen to it over the phone.
All plans include both a toll and toll-free dial-in number. You can give either number to your conference participants to use to dial in to your conferences. When participants call in using your toll dial-in number there is no charge to you – all plans include unlimited minutes for toll dial-in. When participants call in using your toll-free dial-in number, you will be charged the toll-free dial in rate as shown with your rate plan. The rate is per minute per participant who dials in using the toll-free number.

You can use both the toll and toll-free dial in numbers on the same conference call. That is, you can give some participants the toll dial in number and others the toll-free dial in number.
During sign up you’ll be asked how many hosts you want to purchase. Once you’ve completed the sign up, log in to My Account and select Users. From there you’ll be able to configure additional users up to the number of hosts you purchased.
There are no setup fees or any other hidden fees. Rates shown above do not include telecom recovery surcharges and other taxes and fees we are required to collect, such as FUSF.

Toll free dial-in from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands: A 6¢ per minute surcharge per caller applies.
