Free Recording and Playback
Conference call recording is easy - the moderator simply presses *9 during the call to start the recording. After the call, you can download the recording or listen to the recording over the phone. Additionally, you can choose to have the recording sent to you on the media of your choice.
Transcription Services
Using our web interface, you can order a transcription of your recorded call. The transcription is sent to you via email in a MS Word (.doc) format. Transcription services are billed in 15 minute increments.
