Unlimited Use Plans

You pay a fixed monthly fee for unlimited use of one conference room. Hold as many conferences as you want – there are no restrictions on the duration or number of conferences. Purchase a conference room for each of your employees who regularly hold Web conferences. These plans also include unlimited use of toll audio conferencing.

No Software to Install: Since there is no software to install or pre-load, participants can instantly join web conferencing meetings without having to prepare their computer in advance.

Present Slides: You can upload a Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt) presentation and present it your conference participants in a matter of seconds! You can also present JPEG image files.

Application Sharing: You can quickly and easily share an application or document with meeting participants, allowing you to give live product demonstrations or collaboratively make changes to documents in real time. You can also share your entire desktop as well as give participants the ability to take control of the application you are sharing. Web Conferencing participants can also give the host remote control over applications running on their computer.

Pass Control: As the conference host, you can promote any participant to be a presenter. Once a web conferencing participant has been promoted, they can control applications being shared by the host, share applications running on their computer, and pass control back to the host. As the host, you always have the ability to take control back at anytime.

Polling: The Poll tool allows presenters to conduct interactive question-and-answer sessions. Poll results are gathered in real-time and may be shared with all attendees.

Text Chat: Web conferencing participants can use the text chat feature to communicate with one or all of the conference participants at any time. The host can save the discussion to a text file.

Whiteboard and Drawing Tools: Participants can collaborate using a virtual whiteboard. Presenters can use a highlighter, add text, draw lines, circles, boxes, etc. These drawing tools can also be used while showing slides or a shared application. Annotated slides or screen shots of shared applications can be saved.

Pointer: While showing a published presentation, a web conferencing host can use a pointer to call attention to key points in their presentation.

Security: The system automatically encrypts the communication between the web conferencing host and the participants using 128 bit SSL – the same high level of security used by secure web sites to transmit credit card information and other highly sensitive data.

Host a web conference in just a few easy steps

As a reservation-less service, Unlimited Conferencing is easy to use, has a simple sign-in process and supports both planned and unplanned meetings. Joining a web conferencing session requires only a browser and an Internet connection. And there is nothing to download or install, thus eliminating the security and configuration problems often encountered with other Web conferencing tools.

STEP 1

The Web Conferencing Host goes to the login page at www.unlimitedconferencing.com/host and logs in using their Moderator PIN.

STEP 2

Each Web Conferencing Participant goes to www.unlimitedconferencing.com/join and enters the Participant PIN.

STEP 3

The Host can choose to show PowerPoint^TM slides, share applications and Web sites, or collaborate using the Whiteboard.

The Web Conference is under way!
