Host a web conference in just a few easy steps

As a reservation-less service, Web Conferencing Standard is easy to use, has a simple sign-in process and supports both planned and unplanned meetings. Joining a session requires only a browser and an Internet connection and there is nothing to download or install, thus eliminating the security and configuration problems often encountered with other Web conferencing tools.

Hosting a Conference is just a few easy Steps:

STEP 1		The Host goes to the login page at www.unlimitedconferencing.com/host and logs in using their Moderator Code and Participant Code.
STEP 2		Each Participant goes to www.unlimitedconferencing.com/join and enters the Participant Code specified by the Host.
STEP 3		The Host chooses the Publish button to present a Word^TM, Excel^TM, or PowerPoint^TM document or chooses the Share button to share applications and browse Web sites.

The Participants and Host are now viewing the beginning of the presentation. The Web conference is under way!

Once logged into the service, all of the functions and tools are accessed through an easy-to-use toolbar. From the toolbar, the Host controls the session, deciding what participants see in their own browser windows using the Publish, Application Sharing, Navigation, Pointer and Chat tools.
