The option to record your conference is available with Per-Minute and Premium Personal Conference Room services. You can listen to the recording or allow others to playback the recording at any time after the conference. Additionally you can choose to have the recording sent to you on the media of your choice, or you can have the recording transcribed.
Recording of a conference call is easy - the moderator simply presses *9 during the call to start the recording. The moderator will be charged the recording rate for the duration of the recording. You can listen to a recording on either a toll access line (in the 402 area code) or on a toll-free (800#) line. The moderator is billed for all callers who listen to a recording. Recordings are stored for 30 days.

Using our web interface, you can order a transcription of your recorded call. Standard turnaround time is 24 hours, while rush service offers a 6 hour turnaround time. The transcription is sent to you via email in a MS Word (.doc) format. Transcription services are billed in 15 minute increments.
