Julia Schaar, Operations Manager for Legend Seeds, has the job of keeping her district managers away from the office and out in the field. Because, in the seed business, if you’re not growing, you’re dying. So if you have to call more than 20 district managers in from all over your five-state region in the Midwest for meetings, that takes them off the road, where they do their best work.

She uses Unlimited Conferencing for company-wide calls, agronomic issues or even to give shout outs in the field if a dealer were to have record high yields. They use it widely, with individual groups as well. Sometimes District Sales managers will use the service to update at a more local level.
