Toll-Free Pay-as-You-Go Plan

With this pricing option, you only pay for the minutes you use. There are no monthly minimums, no setup fees and no contracts. This plan includes both a toll-free (800#) and toll dial-in number. You can use either number for your conference calls.

Toll-Free Volume Discount Plans

If you’re doing 1,000 minutes or more of conferencing a month, then you’ll benefit from our volume discount plans. These rate plans include a toll-free (800#) dial-in number, and there are no setup fees, contracts, or long-term commitments.

All Unlimited Conferencing Toll-Free plans include the following at no additional charge:

  • Reliable, quality service: We use the same high-capacity and highly-reliable equipment as major carriers like AT&T, MCI, and Sprint. We do not use voice over IP (VOIP).
  • Reservation-less service: Hold conferences at anytime - no need to make advance reservations.
  • State of the art, full-featured service: Click here to view all of our features.
  • Instant activation upon signup: Just complete the and we'll instantly send you an email with your dial-in number and PINS so you can start holding conferences immediately.
  • Security: Two sets of PINs are required to hold a conference (one for the moderator and a different one for participants. You can change your PINs online at anytime. You can also set up a per-call password - participants can't get in if they don't have the password.
  • Online access to your account: Through My Account you can view details of all your conferences, invoices and payments, and much more.
  • Web-based moderator controls: The moderator can view who is on the call and can mute or disconnect participants.
  • Support for large conferences: You can have up to 99 participants on a conference call. If you need more, let us know.
  • International Dial-in Capability: The toll dial in number that you are provided can be used by participants outside the U.S.

Unlimited Use Toll Plans

For a fixed monthly fee you get unlimited use with no per-minute charges. Make as many calls as you want, and talk as long as you want – there are no restrictions on the duration or number of calls. Callers dial a toll number (not a toll-free 800 number) to access the conference. You'll also be provided with an optional toll-free dial-in number that you can offer to your conference participants.

Additional Options

Call recording: Lets you record your conference calls for later playback. You can also have the recording transcribed, downloaded to your PC, or have an audio CD sent out to a list of participants. Click here for all prices on Audio Conferencing Recording Services.

Dial out capability: Once a conference has started, you can dial out to add participants. 9.9¢ per minute per caller. Please contact our support team to activate this feature.

Toll free dial-in from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands: A 6¢ per minute surcharge per caller applies.
