Just tell your conference participants the date and time of your conference call and give them the dial in number and Participant PIN. At the designated time of the call, you as the moderator dial in and enter your Moderator PIN, and the participants dial in and enter the Participant PIN, and your conference is underway! No need to make a reservation or contact us in advance. Buying conference call services has never been easier.

  • What is reservation-less conferencing and why is it better?

    With Unlimited Conferencing’s reservation-less service, you can hold a conference call on any day, at any time, without the need to make a reservation or contact us in advance. Our service is “always on”, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so it’s ready whenever you are.

  • Will I have online access to view details of my conference calls, invoices and payments, etc.?

    Yes! Our online 'My Account' gives you access to:

    - Get a copy of your invoices to back up the charges on your credit card

    - Update your credit card information due to an address change, expired card or declined card

    - Change the PINs on your conference account

    - If you've forgotten your PINs, you can have them emailed to you

    - Get a detailed usage report that documents the charges associated with your monthly invoices

    - See the callers and minutes incurred for calls you just made or for which you haven't yet been billed

  • Are there any setup fees for opening an account / buying conference call services?

    No, there are no setup fees.

  • Is a contract required to open an account?

    No, we do not require a contract. You can cancel at any time.

  • Are there any minimum usage fees or monthly fees?

    With our Pay-as-You-Go plan there no minimum usage fees or monthly fees. With our Volume Discount Plans, there is a monthly fee that includes a block of minutes.

  • How can I cancel my account?

    You can cancel your account at any time. Simply call us or send us an email requesting that your account be closed.

  • How soon after buying conference call services can I start a conference call?

    Immediately! You’ll get an email right after signing up which contains your dial in number and PINs. That’s all you need to start your first conference call.

  • What is the difference between toll and toll-free?

    Toll means that the caller pays for any long distance charges when using our toll dial in number to call in to a conference. Our toll dial in number has a 916 area code, which is in Sacramento, California. So when you give participants on your conference calls the toll dial in number, they will be charged by their phone company to call Sacramento, CA.

    Toll-free (also known as an 800 number) means that the caller pays nothing when using our toll-free dial in number to call in to a conference.

    You can use both the toll and toll-free dial in numbers on the same conference call. That is, you can give some participants the toll dial in number and others the toll-free dial in number.

  • Can I open an account without a credit card?

    Yes. A credit application may be required, as well as a back up credit card, to open an account. Please contact us at 800-834-6971 to set up an account.

  • Do you have a number I can call for customer support?

    Yes, call us at 800-834-6971 and press 2.

  • Can I record my conference calls?

    Yes! Simply press *9 during the call and the recording will be started. After your call is finished, you can choose to download your recording or listen to it over the phone.
